1. Sweet and sour pork plate

How to do it:
Cut 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 to 1 ½ lb/540 to 680 g), 2 peppers (any color), and 1 small red onion into bite-size pieces. Toss everything with 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of oil and your favorite seasoning blend. Spread it on a baking sheet and bake at 450°F (230°C) for 20 minutes.
Whisk together approximately equal parts ketchup, sugar and soy sauce (about ¼ cup/60 ml). each), plus a little white vinegar. Baste the pork, cook for another 10 minutes and you’re done.
